Hi,

I've been having problems with WOW since the first cataclysm patch and haven't been able to download or play wow on my PC since November. It keeps stopping at the i in downloading. I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading it several different times. the account was still being paid for at the time and no matter what i do it wont download. I've tried the repair option and it hasn't helped every time it repairs the same file
Please help.
